Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PostEngine (“the Service”), operated by PostEngine AI Solutions at postengine.co, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostEngine helps professionals draft, refine, review, schedule, and improve content workflows with AI-assisted intelligence. PostEngine is a user-assistive workflow platform. All publishing actions remain user-initiated and user-controlled.

The Service provides tools for AI-assisted content drafting, multi-stage review and approval, intelligent scheduling, analytics, and adaptive intelligence. All features are designed to assist your workflow—final decisions remain yours.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PostEngine. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or policy violations.

5. User-Initiated Actions & Content Responsibility

PostEngine assists you in creating, refining, and scheduling content. However, you are solely responsible for all content you approve and publish, whether or not it was drafted with AI assistance.

Specifically, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is a starting point for your review, not a finished product
• You must review every draft before approving it for publication
• You bear full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of published content
• Publishing to LinkedIn is triggered only when you explicitly approve a post
• PostEngine does not independently verify the factual accuracy of AI-generated suggestions

6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, edit, and publish through PostEngine. We do not claim ownership of your drafts, ideas, brand settings, or published posts.

Our service: The PostEngine platform, its design, software, AI models, algorithms, documentation, and branding are owned by PostEngine AI Solutions. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service.

AI-generated suggestions: Content generated by the AI is provided as a suggestion for your use. Once you review and approve it, the resulting content is yours.

7. LinkedIn Integration

PostEngine integrates with LinkedIn through their official API. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize PostEngine to:

• Access your LinkedIn profile information within the granted OAuth scopes
• Publish content to your LinkedIn profile that you have explicitly approved
• Retrieve post analytics and engagement metrics for your published content

You may revoke this authorization at any time from your LinkedIn settings or within PostEngine. PostEngine operates in compliance with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use. Content publishing always requires your explicit approval.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Publish misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Violate LinkedIn’s terms of service or community guidelines
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials or grant access to unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or security measures

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

9. Plans, Payments & Billing

PostEngine offers different plan tiers with varying feature limits. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed within the application.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Payment processing details will be provided when paid plans become available.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays, failures, or data loss caused by third-party services (including LinkedIn, cloud infrastructure, or AI providers), network outages, or force majeure events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostEngine AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostEngine AI Solutions, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Content you publish through the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including LinkedIn’s terms

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the application. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostEngine AI Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Specific jurisdiction will be disclosed once the company is formally registered.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
