By creating an account or using PostEngine (“the Service”), operated by PostEngine AI Solutions at postengine.co, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.
PostEngine helps professionals draft, refine, review, schedule, and improve content workflows with AI-assisted intelligence. PostEngine is a user-assistive workflow platform. Every publishing action happens on your authorization and stays under your control — either your approval of an individual post, or the standing instruction you give by switching Publishing Mode to Auto Publish, which is off unless you turn it on and which you can withdraw at any time.
The Service provides tools for AI-assisted content drafting, multi-stage review and approval, intelligent scheduling, analytics, and adaptive intelligence. All features are designed to assist your workflow—final decisions remain yours.
You must be at least 16 years old to use PostEngine. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized access or policy violations.
PostEngine assists you in creating, refining, and scheduling content. However, you are solely responsible for all content you approve and publish, whether or not it was drafted with AI assistance.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, edit, and publish through PostEngine. We do not claim ownership of your drafts, ideas, brand settings, or published posts.
Our service: The PostEngine platform, its design, software, AI models, algorithms, documentation, and branding are owned by PostEngine AI Solutions. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service.
AI-generated suggestions: Content generated by the AI is provided as a suggestion for your use. Once you review and approve it, the resulting content is yours.
PostEngine integrates with LinkedIn through their official API. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize PostEngine to:
You may revoke this authorization at any time from your LinkedIn settings or within PostEngine. PostEngine operates in compliance with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use. Publishing Mode governs how the authorization is exercised. In Draft Approval and Batch Approval — Draft Approval is the default — we publish a post only after you approve that post. If the account owner switches Publishing Mode to Auto Publish, you are giving us a standing instruction, in advance, to publish drafts that reach the minimum quality score you set, without a separate approval for each one; that instruction is what authorizes those posts, and Section 5 applies to them exactly as it does to a post you approve. Auto Publish is off unless you turn it on, only the account owner can turn it on, and you may withdraw the instruction at any time; withdrawing it stops any further draft being published this way, and a post already inside its cancellation window is not withdrawn with it — you stop that post yourself, from its own notice. A draft below that minimum is never published this way and is kept for you to review. While the instruction is in force we notify you before each post goes out and hold that post for at least fifteen minutes from the moment it is scheduled, during which you can stop it from the notice itself; if publishing has already begun we tell you so rather than report it stopped. Every change to Publishing Mode, and every attempt to stop a post, is recorded in our audit log with the user and the time.

PostEngine offers different plan tiers with varying feature limits. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed within the application.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or where Polar, our merchant of record, issues a refund under its own refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller for all paid plans. Polar is the seller on your transaction: it calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and issues your invoice and receipt. Card details are entered directly on Polar’s hosted checkout page and are never stored on our servers.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays, failures, or data loss caused by third-party services (including LinkedIn, cloud infrastructure, or AI providers), network outages, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PostEngine AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostEngine AI Solutions, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is confirmed on that screen by typing your account email address and your password; no confirmation message is sent to your inbox. We ask LinkedIn to revoke your access token immediately; if LinkedIn refuses we tell you the token was not revoked rather than report success, and the encrypted token is kept only so the revocation can be retried. Your data — drafts, published posts, analytics, ideas, LinkedIn connections, and workspace configuration — is permanently erased within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can cancel the deletion yourself before that window closes: sign back in and press Cancel deletion on the screen that appears. Signing in on its own does not cancel it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, except where retention is required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostEngine AI Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Specific jurisdiction will be disclosed once the company is formally registered.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
